The Cracks in the Glass Ceiling: Women in AML - AML RightSource Interview

Over the course of five years, McKinsey & Company conducted a study to reveal unconscious bias related to gender and race within corporate leadership. Interviews conducted with over 600 firms indicated that while there has been an increase of women filling top level positions, the "glass ceiling" is still very much in place. McKinsey & Company used their research to guide corporations in the development of more inclusive work cultures and unconscious bias training.
